Wolfgang Hummel
Wolfgang Hummel is a Patent Professional and a graduate of General Mechanical Engineering
His degree in mechanical engineering included thermodynamics and control technology with a focus on aerospace technology.
After two years as a development engineer, he worked as a technical project manager on a variety of mechatronic projects at Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH, before becoming a development manager at Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH. From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Hummel worked in the patent department at Carl Zeiss AG with a focus on semiconductor technology.
His experience in patent law issues includes the fields of mechatronics, mechanics (gears), actuators and sensors, control technology, optics, electronics and general mechanical engineering. Furthermore, Mr. Hummel is well-versed in German employee invention law and contract law.
